According to the contract, the Sheriff’s Department has invested in a variety of Tyler’s Munis financial, human capital and content management software to enhance business operations. Additionally, Tyler will provide Operating System/Database Administration and Disaster Recovery services. The contract includes software licenses, related professional services, maintenance, and support.
