Position Objective
Responsible for producing high-quality code and analysis in support of developing software to support the partnership with Microsoft. Develop code for new applications according to technical specifications and system designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop code for new applications according to technical specifications and system designs.
- Analyzes and troubleshoot existing program code to isolate and correct errors.
- Creates technical specifications and/or design documents for features according to software requirements specifications.
- Produces internal developer-level documentation as required.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering.
- 2-6 years experience in software development. Developer certification (e.g. MCSD, Brainbench) desired.
- Knowledge of one or more object-oriented languages.
- Previous exposure to, or familiarity with, SQL and database design, object-oriented design and concepts, and client/server applications.
- Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical abilities and a desire to learn new things.
- Dynamics X++ desired.
- Familiarity with financial applications desired.
