Efficient Call/Event ManagementOur unique hybrid entry interface allows for either a command line interface or a mouse-driven interface. With user-defined commands, dispatchers determine the fastest way to perform a specific function for tasks like assigning, arriving, or clearing units. Automatic unit suggestions, automatic radio logging, officer safety warnings, color-coded visual warning indicators, and software windows that can be shared on one computer monitor or stretched over multiple monitors make operations fast and effective.
Mobile CAD
Since officers require access to information from the road, they may connect directly to dispatch or other users via laptops or tablets. They do this through encrypted transmissions over a wireless network. Our Mobile CAD system features clear touch-screen buttons and hotkeys.
